Gents,
There will be 10 of us. The beds available are 2 queens, 2 doubles, 2 bunk beds, 1 queen pullout and 4 other mattresses – so looks like there is room for everyone to get a single bed. I will ask everyone to bring a cheque for $150. Please no cash!!!!! I don’t want to carry around - another wad in my pants!!!
The plan is dinner on Thursday night at farm. We need to co-ordinate. Steven will not be there on Thursday. I assume everyone will be there for Friday. Let me know if you are not. Remember R.I.D.E will be out waiting for us!!! Oh and did I say no cash!!!
Food assignments - Remember if you bring it, you cook it!! There is a BBQ and all major apps, including micro. Please no TV dinners!

Paul and Nick – Veggies, sides, whatever
Friday Dinner -
Jaime and Steven – Meat (a different type of road-kill)
Tom and Stephen – Veggie, sides
Breakfast – Sat morning (Friday breakfast is at club)

If you want to switch with someone, negotiate with them then let me know. Graham and Alex email each other to figure it out.
Remember to bring wine and beer …. I’ll also need some help with clean-up and the addition of a barn on the property.

Either come up Airport Rd or take 400 to 9 then to airport Rd. It’s about 1:15 TO 1:30 hr. Lots of police in Caledon
